everytime i press play i get a white screen after 2-3 seconds then it shuts off can someone please help me out?

Have you tried to re-install the game?

i've got the same issue, reinstall did not help.

Then submit a ticket to https://support.worldoftanks.com/ !

submitted the ticket, will update this post if the fix works so others with the same issue can get theirs fixed and back in the fight.

Make sure you have the correct redistributables. You need VC++2008 and DirectX9. It's a shame WG still does not include them in the installer. Probably the most common problem reported on the forums stems from missing those two files.
