I tried doing this myself but couldn't get the results I desired. I am trying to swap the in game pictures, ranks, and names of the Russian crewman for that of the British crewmen. The British files are in the game and I managed to get all rank changed except Russian rank 8 would continue to display the wrong small picture and I could not get the names to change at all

if someone could please help me out with this it would be sweet

Alright mate, what exact kind of help are you looking for? File names or what?
