Once download exctract the  files will be 2 files using winrar or 7/zip  then go to C:\games\worldoftanks\res\audio copy and paste ingamevoice_ fsb and ingamevoice_fev file take old copys that world of tanks gave you out ingame_voice_fsb and ingame voice_Fev out and save to a back up






Note: if your just going to copy and paste into folder make sure both OLD  ingamevoice_fsb and ingamevoice_fev are deleted.
