Can someone help please
I have been playing the game with a free standard acc for a couple of weeks and am enjoying it !
want to buy a premium account so i brought six months worth of gold, which now shows in game as having 12000 gold
but i cant seem to get a premium account as top 4 buttons in game are greyed out and dont work
can someone help please

Did you complete the tutorial stuff yet?  I think if you still have active "quests" those buttons are inactive.

Are you still doing the training missions? Thats probably why its greyed out

Upload using imageshack.us, it'll give a list of codes, copy the FORUM designated one and paste in your next post. It'll display as an image

Have you sent in a ticket to support? If you don't understand their techno language. then just reinstall the game. A lot of player's have different patch hikups here's yours. Just reinstall and you should be good to go. Good Luck!

Try finishing the tutorial first.

I think you have to back out of the tutorial, just click the top left of the screen were it says "mission 5\8". It will say something like "are you sure you want to end tutorial" click yes and you should be able to spend your gold.
you can go back to tutorial any time.

but I could be wrong....

you are still doing the training missions, in order to get to the premium menu u must get out of the training mission menu.  once u exit  you will be able to get the premiun account. and once you do that you can get back into the training mission menu

its been a while since i did the missions but i think u just click on the interupt training in the mission box in the top left corner

lol you are right i hadnt finnished enough levels in game

FYI, you can interrupt the tutorial and then get back.  The warning message looks scary (something like "are you sure you want to refuse training") but don't worry, it is just a bad translation.  You will be allowed to resume training later.
