For the Maus :

- 3200 HP like the old time
- Buff the ROF to 4.4-4.5

For the E100 :

- Remove the 12.8cm
- Buff the pen of 15cm gun to 250mm for AP, 350mm for HEAT
- Buff the HE damage to 1250. Increase HE shell cost to 1k5 credicts
- Buff the lower glacis to 150 / cos(50 degrees) = 233.358574mm ( right now its 130 / cos(50 degrees) = 202.244097mm

IS-7

- Buff the ROF to 4.6-4.7 ( a little better than maus )

IS-4

- Buff the ROF to 5.2

T110E5

- Nothing to buff . Maybe 200 HP buff would be usefull @@

AMX50B

- Serb just posted some info about AMX50B buff. I think that is enough

Opinions ?

It would be better if almost all of them have quicker aim-time, this is plainly for re-locating purposes. However rate of fire buffs and nerfs don't really mean much unless you can beat the new medium tanks in lets say one second before they can release their shells at an expected number which would have killed one or the other.

But that would make medium tanks completely useless. Why would you aim so long ? Tier 10 Meds are big and very soft @@

The increase ROF might help HT "survive" when being flank

The basic idea is for sniping, and when your dispersion reticule is so large when enemies see you, you risk losing the shot. If the all the guns on the Tier X heavies aim time is less than 2.5 or 2.4 they would be very effective.

While what you say about ROF is true.
