More like an afk xp and cred milker - they show up to a battle then afk hoping for a win but still getting free credits. About 75% of my wins today were against teams that has at least 1 afk player (white name, so it wasn't a rage quit.
If you do call bot, then your best bet is to track games/day. If he has an auto join battle bot that just sends the next tank in after a completed battle, the number of new games played would be around 96 or more per day (15 minute matches = 4 per hour = 4x24, assuming all matches last the full 15 minutes.

Given the drop in the quality of players I've seen over the last couple of weeks, I fear that this is actually the future of WoT. I know I personally stopped caring not long ago simply because, unless I get to the point where I can single-handedly kill an entire team of enemies 2 tiers higher than myself, there is no chance for me to continue doing well.

There are only two reasons for bots, its either credit earning/ exp earning. For your case, using patton for bot is simply not possible. This guy is going to go bankrupt soon before he can reach this abysmal winrate. Although i dt have other explaination for this tragic stats, unless hes a retarded.....

I know botting in the patton seems impossible, but all he has to do is bot maybe 2 battles in the type-59, then 1 in the patton and then after like 200-300 battles patton is elite and researching the m48a1. This is the source of those god awful tier 10s people drive around and always lose in.

Probably somebody who bots most of the time.
Then they cheated their way up to the high tiers. Problem being... if you go from tier1 to tier9 without playing more than a few games, there's no experience on yourself to change and advance your tactics. Thus you get amazing super-fail rates like 28%.

Not to point out that stats really don't mean much these days. I've had a hard time starting this game and a bad win rate. We all learn how to play certain tanks and still make dumb moves. I loved having my forward key on my keyboard stick propelling me from my cover into everyones fire in one fight we were winning. My dying pretty much killed my team. Shyt happens and I have some dismal win rates on my high tier tanks because of doing clan wars with a team that rarely could field a full team of high tier tanks. I still say on average most of us run around 42-47% win rates if you grind tanks like I have and do nothing but pub matches. Perhaps the guy bots or perhaps hes not such a great player? When you watch an entire team rush off in a lemming rush. When you know its suicide? Often I end up the last tank to die. Does that mean I'm a crappy player? If your that concerned with this player check the amount of time he's played. That would be a better indication of a botter. 10k games in just a couple of months is one good sign.

Likes to suicide rush, really BAD internet connection/computer, kid??
M103 and T32 would not be typical bot tanks would they? They would lose a LOT of credits if you didn't play them at all.
As mentioned above, the amount of time it took to get this number of games would be a better indicator.

Is it mean to have a auto feature in place to delete an account once you dip under 40% winrate with over say 5,000 battles? With a message of thank you for playing, you have caused enough problems for your team go back to tier 1 and re-learn.

I think he is a terribad player or a player with a serious illness or a parent who lets his children(s) play with his account.
