Just got it and have crew at 100% but want suggestions for crew skills.

Was thinking train all crew members on repair first up?

BIA, anything to help that long reload. Camo is useless, go for dead eye, repairs and all that jazz.

BIA= Brothers in Arms

Probably want to look at repairs and Brothers in arms right off

Shouldn't I train all crew in repairs first?

And as a side note...equipment?

Repair, sixth sense, clutch braking are key skills. BIA also as noted by others.

I use Brothers in Arms first, on all members.

After BiA, I would suggest:
  • Commander- 2) Sixth Sense, 3) Recon, 4) Jack of All Trades or Mentor;
  • Gunner- 2) Dead Eye, 3) Snap Shot, 4) Repair;
  • Driver- 2) Off-Road Driving, 3) Smooth Ride, 4) Preventative Maintenance;
  • Radioman- 2) Situational Awareness, 3) Signal Boosting;
  • Loader1- 2) Safe Stowage, 3) Adrenaline Rush, 4) Repair;
  • Loader2- 2) Intuition, 3) Repair, 4) Firefighting

Equipment: Crew Vents, and Large Caliber Rammer. Your reload will go down to 21.21s. Some people suggest Optics, some suggest Binocs, some say Gun Laying Drive. I usually use Binocs, but switched to the GLD because of the aiming dispersion.

Is it true according to the wiki page, that at 121% skill you get 0.32 accuracy and 2.54 rof? i guess 121% means > 100%crew+10+5vents+5 BiA. Is that correct?

You forgot to list "Patience" among the skills.  On a more serious note, grab clutch braking as soon as you can.

I'd go with the  " get a  second job skill". It's a must to help with the repair bill.
the "get out and push" is another good one. ...when that traverse speed needs a slight boost. I usually send the radioman and second loader out to help me turn the tank. Ends up giving me another 2 degrees a second!
