One thing that would be a great to see is when looking at your personnel, you can see a progression bar for the skill you're currently working on. The percentage is "OK", but a bar would be nice to have considering how much xp is needed for 1%.

It gives you the amount of experience you need to upgrade the % and the approximate amount of battles it will take, why would a bar help?

the guy above me is showing the picture.... they are already showing how much xp you need for the next % up. why do you need a bar for??

a bar with a numerical amount...such as 5000/25000 xp until next level. Didn't think I had to explain but I guess so. Percentage is just that...a percent. For one percent, that's thousands of xp. This is a game of stats afterall.
