For those who live in Illinois or near by there will be WWII battle reenactment at Midway Village in Rockford IL, on September  22 - 23.  I went there 2 years ago and it was fun.  You can walk around trenches and enforcemnets with soldiers eating and having fun.  The main battle takes place once or twice a day and it last about 1 hour.  Last time i went there they had some tanks and armoured cars (Sherman, Hetzer, Stewart).  It looks like a real battle.  I recommend you guys check it out.

I live in Indiana, a town called Vincennes. We are also having a "Military Day" on the 8th and 9th, of which we are also celebreating the opening of our new Military Museum location, sadly though we don't have re-enactiments like other larger museums do.


One of my lifes dream is to be in a WWII re-enactment. Maybe when I'm done with my 3 year military service I can use the money to be in one.

I'm in Canada. No chance of getting there. I am planning on joining a WWII re-enacting unit a little later in life.

august 8th they had a reenactment for the bridge at remagan in the town i live in.tidioute is the closest to remagan bridge they say.it happens every year , and its very realistic to watch
