As many people know, I am always asking questions. My question 'at the moment (ATM) ' is ... which is the best tank according to play-style. "According To Play-style" the best tank is...
PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:
1. - (Tank)
2. - (Play-Style)
3. - (Reasons FOR and AGAINST)

Thank you veddy much.

1 - IS-threeeeeeeee
2 - Heavy-Medium
3 - FOR: High DPM, alpha. Average reload and accuracy. Fairly agile.
AGAINST: Aim time, the typical more-than-averaged damaged ammo rack. Any damage to the gun, AR, loader or gunner (that you can't repair/revive) reduces your effectiveness exponentially.

Stug III
Agressive Assaulter
For: Element of Suprise and lack of artillery shells landing on head. Great distractor and supporter. Both guns can support this type of playstyle.
Against: Very reckless and requires a lot of attention on your surroundings. Lots of risk-reward situations that some people may have trouble weighing.

SU-152
Secondline assault TD
For: about 3,200 average DPM on that 122
Against: Very little armor, juicy arty target

ELC AMX
Mosquito / Ninja
For: 90mm on a light tank
Against: bad view range and radio, long reload

Looks like it's one of those annoying games where before you can do anything your team carries you to victory. Aren't you happy that wasn't an x5 event?   :Smile-tongue:

The issue of too much competence on one side. No glory for you!

lol Sky.

But for the OP.

1. - Comet
2. - Not-so-typical medium (?)
3. -
A) For - Great Gun depression @ tier, APCR rounds should be enough to go through tanks if you know where to shoot, low profile than the T-43/Panther, Mantlet.

B) Against - Low Damage per Shot, average nimbleness/agility for a medium, Arty prone than most tanks

Tank: ELC
Playstyle: Scout, sniper, harassment, midline fighter, anti-scout. Whatever's appropriate.

Pros: Uptiers amazingly well, great camo, amazing maneuverability enables it to neutralize enemy armor advantage and emphasizes alpha strike play, disposable (a loss of an ELC scout variant isn't as much as the loss of a 75 or 90, low profile enables it to depression troll enemy tanks as a defensive tactic.

Cons: Long reload and low DPS means it can't offer sustained fire, VERY vulnerable to light mediums (read: well played M7s), relies on allied radio strength to scout

I've carried entire tier eight and nine teams in it simply by supporting allies with a 90 and spotting for arty.

Basically, it's the Windows 8 tank, does everything at once awesomely well, until it derps and crashes.

TOG II*
Persistant pain in the ass to the enemy.
Because when I smash face with it, it makes idiots like the one I quoted look like even more of a degenerate mouth breather.

I also like my KV-1S, its a great battering ram.
