Matches start at 9EST on Tuesdays.
The matches will be streamed live (with a delay for the safety of our competitors) to our channel on own3d.tv
Draws will not be accepted so each round will be played until there is a winner.
The format is as follows:
7v7
52 points
Tier 8 Limit: Heavies, Mediums and Tank Destroyers only
Only 2 autoloaders per team at the most
Encounter Mode: 10 Minutes
Each team gets to ban a map that they do not wish to play and from there the remaining maps will be randomly sorted and played. Encounter maps are: El Halluf, Ensk, Himmelsdorf, Malinovka, Murovanka, Ruinberg, Sand River, Siegfried and Steppes.
The winner of each week's event will reign as King of the Hill until the following week, where they will face off against a new opponent to defend their title.
Prizing has not yet been finalized, but I have been assured that each member of the winning team will receive $20.
Teams will be selected by a mixture of invitation and application. Should you feel that your team could be strong competition then send us an email at worldoftanks@curse.com with "KotH - Teamname" as the subject. Please list your 7 team members by their game names and provide past tournament placements to help us choose wisely.
