Yeah, it was in the main story, so that detail was kind of hard to miss.
On the other hand, Perrine H. Clostermann has no real excuse for her conduct. As for Eila and Sanya, I honestly don't see whatever subtext may exist there. Sometimes, a friendship is just a friendship.

This has been talked about a lot in the past, but I'll bring it up again, just to see if anyone has changed their minds since then.

What would be your ideal 2nd season, if/when there is one?
As I said many times before, mine would be a prequel based on the Little Army.
Probably not worth of a second season, but a spinoff (like 5 ep series) featuring a "little league" -esque tournament with smaller tanks like PzI and T-46 facing off.

On the subject of Strike Witches: Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke had a boyfriend before she joined the 501st. A large portion of her "no fraternization" policy is motivated by a desire to spare her subordinates from heartbreak, as her boyfriend was killed during the Neuroi invasion of Karlsland.
that had to hurt. but to forbid fraternization because of that? Hmm...Not trying something because losing it later hurts doesn't exactly sound...well, sound.
I wonder what it would be like if there was a sequel...thing dealing with the GuP girls in adulthood and inducted into the army(ies).

It doesn't really fit in with the whole cute-girls-cute-things that gives GuP its charm. (AKA driving tanks without fear of anyone actually getting hurt, treating armored warfare as a sport)

I had a wonderful idea for a one shot where one of the M3 Lee crew members grows up and becomes a Panzerfahren teacher at Oarai. She then proceeds to teach a group of five first year best friends how to tank.

?

Gentlemen, a vision of the future of GuP and games:

Imagine, a free to play MMORPG game, where you build a crew, choose a starting tank, sign up for a school, and basically play GuP online. Players can take direct control of each of their crew members outside of battle, and the crew which is not being player controlled acts on AI set by whatever personality that crewmember has set for them, by you of course. Winning in battles against other schools would earn you points towards better vehicles. You can sell and buy vehicles, both from other players and an in game store. Furthermore, you can customize appearance and characteristics of your vehicle.

Also, should it ever be a dating sim, Chloroform, pregnancy and therapy simulation will be added.

Now, who would play this?
So...a GuP re-skin of one of those FIFA Manager games?

Also...African Tanks?
What about the South African Semel, Skokiann and the Olifant Series.
Albeit, they're modifications of the Centurion.

Didn't stop Wargaming from separating the Centurion series into the Mark 1 and the Mark 7/1 designations.

Even though the tier 8 Centurion is actually the Mark 3 Centurion in all but name, but :P

I know. I just slapped on "sequel" because I couldn't think of another word. I mean more like...fanfic...scenario...quest...thing. Just as an idea to be thrown around.
