In the setup instructions for XVM installation, it says to "add XVM.xvmconf file into World of Tanks\res_mods\[game version]\gui\flash\ "

Where do I get this file from?  I've already downloaded the XVM zip file, opened it, and merged it with my res_mod folder.

Also, don't merge with res_mods folder, that folder structure already exists in the zip file. Just dump the contents of the zip file in your world of tanks install folder.

Doesn't take a cute cat to figure out he is unbanned...and cannot discuss what happened.
