Not enough Chinese vehicles to fill a tree.

China didn't produce its own tanks until 1958. They can't make even a partial tree. Chinese tanks will have to be limited to premium.

Add more options like "they will add one regardless of out opinions" or "they should, but not now" What's wrong with new tanks even if they are basically all Russian ones. What's wrong with a second Russian tree? I'm sure there's plenty of people in China that they could potentially be getting money from should they add that tree.

Pretty sure the Chinese tree is already in the works and the main body of it could be coming as soon as 8.2.  Why so soon?  Because except for about 2 or so tanks the Chinese tree is filled with copies of other nation's tanks.  A few light tanks from the French, British and probably a Stuart tossed in.  3 type 62 variants (prototype and 2 variants), a T-44, a couple of type 59 variants, a type 69, a couple of T-34 variants, a couple of IS tanks, and of course a couple of Wz-111s.  Also I think they were going to toss the Jap tanks into the tree as well as they couldint get the blueprints for a full tree.  And it was said the chinese TDs and SPGs would probably show up in or around 8.4 in spring or summer.

Asia maybe. Chinese, no. Maybe they can throw in a line in the Japanese tree as captured tanks.

A Chinese tech tree could implement historically accurate foreign tank imports of tanks from other nations (both in-game and yet, if ever other nations) that are not and may never be implemented into their original nation's tech tree. For ex.

Carden Loyd Mk VI tankettes

Vickers Mark E ("Vicker 6-ton")

BT-5

T-27

These are just a few of the tanks which are of other nations but are not currently being (or plan on being) used by their place of origin. Since they were excluded from their respective tech trees, why not implement their usage for the Chinese tech tree? But Japan is to their own tech tree, not be included with any other nation's tech tree.

(The FT-17 was also ordered by China, the FT-17 could be employed as a cheap in-game premium for China, the advantage of which would be allowing a very experienced Type 59 or 62 crew to operate the Chinese bought FT-17. If the FT-17 does not already allow for Lend Lease oil module usage, the Chinese FT-17 could. Since the Chinese FT-17 would be using highly trained crew from the Type 59 or 62, the MM for the Chinese FT-17 would be extremely varied Tier I through III usage (often the T1 is the only Tier I to be often MM against "bad" odds, this occurrence would be made normal and often for the Chinese FT-17)

I also think that there are many tankettes which both China and possibly many other nations/kingdoms employed/imported due to their lacking a tank industry infrastructure. Possibly WG could put together a "Hired Guns Tech Tree" for nations/kingdoms like Royal Iraq, British Mandate Palestine, and Iran.

That WAS the plan, but what I heard is that the Japanese wouldn't hand over all the blueprints they needed to fully construct the tanks in sufficient detail.  So I think the plan for a Japanese tree is mostly dead, which is why we haven't heard or seen anything about it since it was announced AGES ago.  If a Jap tree does show up at some point, I doubt we would see it until Fall or Winter 2013.

The Japanese tree is far from dead. WG just wants the best tree possible from the start, hence the work on it.

Also, you make it sound as if there are that many blueprints in the first place. A majority of things went up in smoke after the end of the war.

If anything the devs should combine the Japanese tech tree and this tree (as well as some other neighboring countries) and make an Asia tech tree. It would be exactly like the European tech tree, except with Asian tanks!

No....because there are enough indigenous designs to create a Japanese tree on its own. Plus, combining a Chinese and Japanese tree would be like making a combined British and Italian tree or combined German and Russian tree. It is absolute non-sense to combine two nations that were fighting each other.

When did "negotiating prices for purchasing the documents or use thereof" turn into "THEY WON'T EVEN THINK OF GIVING THEM OVER"?
