Cheers but no, it's a mod that basically replaces the barrel aim and dispersion circle with crosshair dashes like an fps crosshair, i'm sure now its a russian mod but not had any luck finding it :( will have a skeg through those russian mods as well tho they look interesting.
Cheers

I think it's from the file crosshair_sniper.swf
I Would love that to be turned into an expanding and contracting crosshair instead of the floating circle, if you look on the youtube link at 2:27 you can see what i mean. I've attached a rough crosshair, if you could see what you could do that would be brilliant :D

Ok.. there is a problem

This expanding/contracting circle uses flash outline. maximum contraction is 0.01% of original size. That means you can't really see anything. Usual contraction when you aim is about 5% of original size. Now size affects everything except outline, which will be minimum of 1px wide.

The problem with T shapes are that they look good with large crosshair (little accurary) but they're VERY tiny with small one (almost unseen). I tried to change the flash file so that I could animate 4 objects (position) instead of just one (size) but it didn't work at all.

So either you're ok with almost invisible crosshair :P Or I can't do it ;P

I used Sothing SWF Decompiler to decompile .swf files into .fla, edit fla file and then compile it again, replace and restart game

Bumping here, but its worth it.

This rectile is the same one as the "Server aim Rectile" Wich you can activate by pressing "CapsLock + 0" Exept the Server Crosshair is Blue. And shows where the server is aiming.

I have been searching for the .swf file that should exist for the server rectile, but with no success.

Altho I have found where you can find the blue and red "T"'s

D:\****\World_of_Tanks\res\gui\maps\ingame\aim

http://dl.dropbox.co.../gun_marker.dds

http://dl.dropbox.co...marker_blue.dds

And the rectile you find in that video, is the same rectile. Exept in Red, and shows your real aim, not the "Server Aim" as I have understood it.

I bellive if we are ever to find that rectile. We have to get ahold of the old Alpha version of World Of Tanks, and extract the .swf file in there.

When we get that, if we do I have been searching with little success. But maybe someone know where to get that old Alpha client.

I have even tried searching in russian, with google chrome. But thats hard work.

http://filecrop.com/

I have tried searching there also, but there are tons of files there, so its quite likly that I have missed it if the file is inside filecrop.com

Another possible way of finding the .swf file for that is if its hidden inside some other .swf file, and there might not be one specific for that aim. And its stil in the code, wich it has to be. Because of the server aim.
