One Question:
The tier points we are limited to, are they the tier number or the points that MM assigns when deciding teams?
For example, is a bt-7 3 points (its tier) or 5 points (the points that MM assigns it)

Welcome aboard
Our round-robin, qualifier round, disperses all teams into groups where each team plays a single match versus every other team in it's group. The top team, after group play is complete, advances to the playoffs.

I was wondering is there a minium for team size?
just wondering as I have a possable team of 3.
Max Tier for us is 5
Would it be possable for us to be in it with only 3 members?
Also, as non of us have ever been in a Tuerny yet, how does team chat work? non of us have a paid account.
I mean in a normal randum game plotton is limited to 2 without a paid account...can all of us plotton together during a turny?

On the tournaments page http://worldoftanks....uc/tournaments/ click on tournaments and you will see Veteran's Challenge, Tier 4, Veteran's Challenge, Tier 6, and Veteran's Challenge, Tier 8 if you are already on a team it will be listed below the title otherwise it will have a participate button that you can use to create or join a team for that tier.

I have a T40 with over 1000 battles and 57% win ratio all from normal battles.
I have made a team, but is also willing to join another just as long they have really good stats/skills in their tier 4 tank.
