There are three different 37mm Guns, the ZiS-19, B-3, and Hotchkiss. Which one are you talking about?

The best one - of course...
The 37mm ZiS-19 - great accuracy, best penetration, good damage. It means you can run&gun better, or sit &snipe easily, depending on your mood.
The stock BT-2, 50% crew training:
Upgraded everything, with 37mm ZiS-19 gun and 75% crew:
Same equipment, but with 100% crew, Camo Net, Ventilation, Rammer, and Removed Speed Govenor:
