Has there been any word at all since the Dicker Max, about the rest of the German TDs?

I don't know why, for the update after they add a new tech tree, they decided to add yet another new tree. It's like they think we have ADD or something and we won't stick around to play tanks if they keep throwing new, shiny toys at us. And the best part of it is that they keep announcing these new things when there have been expansions to already existing tech tree that people have been clamoring about for a while at this point: the second German TD and medium lines, the second French medium line, etc. I mean, I know the 3D artists and modelers have to have stuff to work on, but a new tech tree this early after a well-anticipated tree was added the previous update? I'm not so sure I like this.

If they are adding chinese tanks, which are cheap russian knockoffs, can WG add an Israeli line that took western and captured russian-made tanks and refurbished them into true killing machines?

Chinese, Japanese, African...does it matter?  If you don't want a Chinese tank, don't go that line.
