Hey spanish, to avoid confusion, you should maybe do things more like this:

For the most part it is the same, only it would give important info first i.e. date/ time, tanks and what to be mounted etc. instead of date on the very bottom :)

For this one, I believe we're just sticking with El Halluf, and it's been decided that a 100% crew is fine, as long as you don't have extra skills/perks researched.

You might want to have extras allowed to come, since we're full, ive never seen one where everyone who says they will, actually show up :)
