Was browsing through the junk mail today and happened across this.
Can only imagine what Unicum and Admin will think when they see this . . .
and imagine how popular this item could have been if WoT had included a promotion code with the product

The Remote Controlled Authentic WWII Battling Tanks.
With authentic period details, realistic sounds, and infrared "projectiles," these remote controlled tanks re-enact the famous armored clashes of World War II's Eastern Front. At 1:24 scale, each tank's authentic period details are clearly identifiable: the German PzKpfw IV Ausf. H is marked with the crossed-Y emblem of the German 16th Panzer Division, and its turrets and sides are protected by schürzen, intended to thwart anti-tank weapons. The Red Army's T-34/85 turret is painted with a white cross for easy air identification and features its characteristic external fuel tanks. Both tanks generate realistic sounds while they move on realistic treads and suspension. Each is fitted with a cannon that fires an infrared beam 25' away at a sensor on each tank. The tanks generate an explosion sound and vibrate to indicate they have been hit; five hits results in victory, which shuts a tank down. From up to 60' away, the remote control enables you to depress the barrel by 3º for shots while in defilade, raise it by 17º, and move the turret 330º, in addition to forward, backward, left, and right turns. Includes a practice target.

Why would a unicum want something that requires a friend to play with?

Why would you pay $270 for a set of two 1:24 scale R/C tanks with infrared battle function when you can have two 1:16th scale Heng Long tanks of choice with the same infrared battle function for less?
To compare, at 1:24 like in this set, a Pz IV is about 11 inches long. A Heng Long model at 1:16 is almost 1'5" long, and can be had for between 100 and 130 bucks with infrared battle function.
A painted and weathered Heng Long Pz IV:

There's also a Pershing, KV, Panther, Tiger, JagdPanther, Pz III ...
There are also tons and tons of upgrade sets, detail sets and add-on sets for sale for 1:16 scale Tamiya and Asiatam tanks that fit perfectly on Heng Long models as well.

Because I was talking about affordable R/C models. Yes, the Tamiya ones are better, but they're also ten times the cost.

Saying what every UNICUM would want is discrimination. Even we 48%ers still want toy tanks!
EDIT: Never mind, got beaten to the punch by BlackCompany.
Still,
DO WANT
