I have a 52% win rate in the tank and my crew is halfway into their 3rd skill. I know how to play this tank, it's a support tank, and you need to follow the brawlers at a distant and take shots of opportunity as they come up.

Problem is that you get teams that have no clue how to play, and even less clue to the T-34's drawbacks, so you're on your own plenty of times. When that happens, you get one shot and then 12+ seconds to reload. That 12 seconds is all they need to finish you off.

Yes, they bumped it down a tier and nerfed it accordingly, but they went too damn far with the nerf bat. This thing needs SOME chance of getting off a second shot before dying. Right now the RoF is absurd at best. Let's not even go into it's slow speed, turret traverse, aim time, etc.

Dude get over it it has great DPM not all tank get or need a fast reload.  the T34 can bounce tier 9 shots when it is hull down.

kind sir, please proceed to closest wall and put your head onto it in a speedy manner. then repeat untill further notice.

t34 is a second line turreted td / front line brawler in a t8 match

play it as such and you will rock once more

Yes yes I know about its tough turret and hull down tactic. Most tanks already have that and do well hull down so that isn't unique to the T-34.

I could live with the slow reload if it was made up in SOME other area. It's just not. It fails so hard in so many areas that on its own, there's very little chance of surviving when your team dies or you get caught alone by surprise. One shot is all you get, and 12 seconds to pray that you don't die, lol.

Just compare it to other tanks, don't just say "I don't like it"
The T34 has better pen than the Lowe with the SAME dpm and far superior turret armor.

they made it slow so i can hold that 120mm so it can fight tier 9s and 10s and who the fuck cares if it is slow, it is a prem tank and i makes real good $$$ and where lucky enuf to have that 120mm on it, so just deal with it on how slow it is

I understand feeling that the T34 is a bad tank after driving it before it was Prem.

i played 48 games in the t34 at tier 9 with the stock gun to add enough to the free exp I had accumulated to get the t30, and I still managed a 52% win rate.

this tank was horrible, and yet I probably would have ground the whole thing without the gun because it was a worthless unlock. stuff like this is why my stats look bad, but I don't care.

as far as i'm concerned, the narcissists that think maintaining good looking stats is more important than having fun will think i'm worse than them when it comes to actually playing, and that will play to my advantage as their hubris causes their own destruction

Lol no it doesn't. The dispersion and aim time cuts the theoretical DPM of the tank by a huge margin.

Ofc YOU wouldn't care, since you don't have to carry your team but sit around, get a few shots in and get carried or lose.

And once you're at a specific area of a map, you're stuck there since you're too damn slow to relocate elsewhere.

Sure, its all well and good to try and follow the brawlers, up until you realize your the top tier tank in the battle.  Or else you get into the fight along side some other guys and they melt faster then a loltraktor facing an IS7, which goes along with the 2nd part I underlined, clueless teams?  Oh yeah, ALL THE DAMN TIME!  T34 is so damn team dependant that once the "team" dies, the death of the 34 is assured, there will be no heroics, no Thermopylae, just a horrific, and rather quick death.

I wish it was only the 12-15second reload, its about 17-20 seconds once you get loaded, because then you gotta wait that extra several seconds to aim the horrid gun in.  Then you must hold your breath, count your blessings then fire....hoping the shot hits, pens and does good damage.   The 0 Traverse rates means your guaranteed dead if anything that you cant 1 shot encounters you, even a lowly M4 could probably circle rape you.    T34 is my new crusade that replaces my rants about hte M103.

I wanna like the tank, and almost thought i had it figured out, then I went on like a 8 game losing streak, canceling out all the 13 game lead I had going.....

I do use it the right way, and I haven't learned anything new on the way to play it after reading this forum. Everyone uses it as a 2nd line support tank behind the advancing line, hull down, taking shots at targets of opportunity. That's all fine and dandy, but plans don't always go that way, and when you're caught without support, you're done, whereas other tanks of the same class may last a bit longer or fight their way out. Not with the T-34 though, it can't save itself worth ****.

If anyone isn't using it the right way, it's you, with your 47% win rate in the T-34.

considering I only use the T-34 sparingly, I don't care.

You guys can't read, I just said that it has the same dpm as the Lowe which cost about the same, plus it has more pen.

Ace Tanker? as in you now have an M beside its stats in your Service Record?

You do realize all that means is you had ONE SUPER UBER GOD Game right?  Every tank in this game, to include the A20 is capable of the occasional game where all the stars align and you faceroll with it.....
