About the vet Challenge?

This is my first turnament, My question is this....
1) Do i have to be in the game lobby?
2) The time for the first battle for my group starts at 11.16.2012- 20:00, Ok is that PST? And im central Time. So please help
me with this one....
3) Thank you WG for this...
4) Can we use mic's with our team members?

1. A Special Battles tab will show up about 10min before your battle time. You just click on it and join. You will then be in a window that resembles a Tank Company.
2. The first battles start 9pm EST, so that's 8pm CST for you.
3. Your welcome.
4. Yes, the in game mics will work, although, if you can get on a TS server, it will be better.
