1st One: Crushing destroyer: Destroy an enemy tank atleast 1 tier higher than yours by falling on top of them.
2nd One: Airborne Annihalater: destroy a tank that is airborne.

1st one I agree with
2nd one: Players barely see a flying tank since all or most players will stop when confronting an enemy

The first one is already in the game... its called Kamikaze.
The second one could be cool though, though thinking of all the code and triggers they need to add for the game to register that makes my head hurt.

I mean by jumping onto another player and draining their HP away

no Kamikaze is for ramming a higher tiered tank, this one is for falling on a higher teired tank, and i like both ideas

You still need the game to find a way to know that wasn't 'collision' damage. Which means the game needs to differentiate the difference between collisions on the side of the body of the tank versus collisions on the top of the body of the tank
You also need the game to find a way when a tank has gone 'airborne'. This means that during matches, every tank needs to constantly check every second or so to see if the tracks are still on the ground. It also needs to keep logs to see if a tank met the airborne requirement when it achieved the state of death.
As I said, cool ideas. I just don't see them as feasible for the time being.

the flying one seems like it would be a one in a BILLION shot. do you have to KILL the tank, or just hit it?

There should be the award "Superman", if you manage to make a jump at least 15 feet above ground level! I would go for that!

it still seems like you have to be at the right place, at the right time and just randomly shooting stuff to MAYBE hit the guy in the .5 second window he's in the air.
