Tankers!

We've got something special for you today from our Russian site. "The Firstborn" is a fictional tale written by one of our international community members that we've translated and just put live on our site.

Click here to read the story and let us know in the comments if this is something you'd like to see more of. Also, be nice. This gentleman put in a lot of work to put this story together  :Smile_Default:

Best,

For some reason when I hear the phrase "World of Tanks Fan Fiction" I imagine a taudry tale of the forbidden love between a AMX-50b and a E-100....

My patton ran off with this scoundrel 50B. I didn't hear from them for weeks, but one morning the patton showed up on my doorstep, rejected, forlorn, and with a T69 swaddled in her arms.

And so began the battle of kusk. We we going to dig in and let the germans attack but then we attacked first because the germans were cowards. then they lost on the first day and we only suffered a few tanks. then we chased them back to germany and honorably defeated the facists and saved the world, all in the name of stalin..

My guess would be that alot of it would center around the E-100's struggle with "penetration" issues without the use of premium perfomance enhancers....

I'd like to see a story that is written consistently in either present tense or past tense.

Seriously, look at it. The first line is present tense. The second line is past tense.

I wouldn't want more of this, but I would like to see some fan fiction.

How about adding a Fan Fiction folder to Fan Zones/Fan Creations?

Not to mention that it reads like a history lesson, rather than fiction.

I would be utterly embarrassed to parade this around in a semi-official manner, its such a disgracefully bad piece of writing. I knew WG had zero eye for writing but I never imagined it actually dipped into negative values.
