The Lend Lease program is a well documented policy during World War II. However after Pearl Harbor the US surface fleet in the Pacific was weakened. Has gesture of good faith the Royal Navy turned over several of their prized TOG IIs to the US Navy. Thus the HMS Brighton was renamed the USS Kickapoo.

Real life history of the ship:

USS Kickapoo was a double-turreted Milwaukee-class river monitor, the lead ship of her class, built for the Union Navy during the American Civil War. The ship supported Union forces during the Mobile Campaign as they attacked Confederate fortifications defending the city of Mobile, Alabama in early 1865. She was placed in reserve after the end of the war and sold in 1874.

After an incident involving a platoon of KV-2s, a massive cliff, and gravity, the HMS Failure was taken to dry dock for extensive repairs. After being rebuilt, it has been rechristened and renamed as the HMS Speed Freak.

I loved my Tog, but with 3-4 FV304s per match in BT6 these days I will not let it suffer any further.

I regularly request that tog drivers fire a salute in my honor ingame. I should almost buy back HMS Jack Burton.

hi to all tog lovers

which equipment do you use on your tog? im using gun rammer, ventilation and gun laying drive at the moment. are there any better options?

another question: whats the best way of playing the tog? is it better to play it as a sniper or a frontline tank? im playing it as a sniper but i feel that i cant deal enough damage...

do you use any inscriptions on your tog? i have 'iron fist' and 'jumbo' :D

The HMS Fat Cat will roll out whenever it feels like it... maybe if there's some tuna involved.
