I was watching a YouTube game video today and noticed that our host had what appeared to be two perks/skills. Is this what I actually saw?
Reason is, I want to change skill/perk to another but I have 86 percent toward my first one. If it's not necessary to drop it, I don't want to.
Any details about skaills and perks would be appreciated.

You can have as many skills/perks as you want; there is no limit. The only issue is once you've completed the 2nd set of skills/perks, it begins to take a VERY long time to complete the next sets.

Every set of skills/perks will require twice the amount of EXP needed than the previous set.

To give you an idea of just how long it takes after 2 perks here is my clan mate's profile.

If you look at his top tank the Pershing he just passed his third secondary skill last night. The last few % were each taking about 30k xp to go up one. So it gets rediculous after a few, although there is technically no limit.

You can have EVERY skill for every member of your crew...which is either 7 or 9 I think...but after the first skill, they get progressively harder and longer to get. It took someone in our clan over 1000+ battles in his tier 8 type 59 to just start his fourth skill. Most people usually pop the crew of their favorite tank, say the the crew of the E-75, over to their Lowe to grind up the skills. One reason why premiums are nice...aside from making money.

My 59 has 1300+ battles and the crew is halfway through the fourth skill with a major, two senior captains, and a small captain. That is with taking off accelerate crew every now and then for conversion XP. As mentioned read the wiki.

The Wiki has been useless all the other eleventy zillion times I looked at it so.....well.......I don't even bother clicking it anymore.

I am at 85% of my 7th Skill. Every single % is now taking over 400 battles and the number is going up rapidly.

You can achieve ALL skills/perks offered, it's just a mater of how much time you put into it.

(And I think that is PER CREWMAN! Imagine xp total for a tank that has 6 crewmen.)
Commander & Driver have 9 available
Gunner & RO = 8
Loader = 7
Be advised lower tiers can't make as much xp/match. So transfer your crews as you move up the trees.
(And Gold train them if you can. Earning towards secondary skills is not evident until they reach 100% primary role.)
