Gold Purchasing Trouble

I have a $25 Mastercard gift card. I tried to buy the $15 gold package. It said my card could not buy it but on my card history, it says I bought the $15 gold pack. The 3000 gold is not in my account. I tried buying the $7 or something gold and it worked. Can anyone tell me why it didn't work?

So even though they are lossing money because I cannot buy gold, there solution is to pass the buck to Playspan. And give no help what so ever.

Yeah, I just tried to buy 3000 gold with a Walmart visa card, and it got rejected. Good job losing money, Wargaming!  :Smile_great:

Oh, and I didn't know that Mendeleev worked at WG.  :Smile_veryhappy:

Well, dropped a ticket to Playspan/Ultimate Pay. Here is there BS reply:

Now, I call this BS for the simple reason none of the above is true!!! And until this past Sunday everything was fine!!!!

So at this moment I am seriously thinking of boycotting World of Tanks and any game that use these idiots for payment!!!!

I'm just trying to purchase the lowest tier of gold. Yet playspan seem to be rejecting that for some reason.

I've got credit in my paypal account. So I don't know what the issue is?

It's frustrating. All I want is a premium account so I can platoon up with my brother and uncle for a day or two...  But fail!

Frustrating experience. If WoT want any money from anyone, they'll have to sort this out.

Okay. It just looks like they don't want to take my money. I've tried paypal, my Visa, my visa debit...  nothing works. I just give up.

I suspect it's down to me travelling. I don't have any problem using those cards elsewhere... but I'm guessing WoT payment processors have the anti-fraud dial set to 11 - and me using UK cards while I'm in NZ are just a bridge too far.

Shame really. I'd have liked to have platooned up with my bro and Uncle. Bugger that two person platoon limit!

I hope you know that the reason why they are handing it over to Playspan is because Playspan is the one rejecting your card. Wargaming is unable to do anything about what Playspan decides to do.

I have the same problem. Tried Paypal and Moneybookers several times.

Im having a bit of trouble with this as well
although in a different manner
when i click get gold in the game it takes me to the russian login page
anyone know why?

Also no matter what method of gold purchasing i try it keeps declining me or i never get any
this is god damn ridiculous

You miss the point Nukes4you.  Wargaming's partner Playspan is costing them money from lost sales. If it was my partner I'd kick his ass.

After accepting my Paypal payments for almost a year Playspan began rejecting them last week. The bullshit excuse was they thought there was a security problem.   When I tried to use my American Express card directly the dumbasses rejected that too.  Apparently they must think that the thieves who stole my paypal account also not only stole my Amex, but the replacement Amex card too.

As for the problem itself, Rishi and Mendelev's response shows that Wargaming offers no solutions. I Just received the exact same bullshit response from Dmitry Mendelev too.  Stay calm and pass the buck.  It may be they have no authority to fix anything, they're just the poor slobs at Wargaming who're stuck trying to make excuses to keep the paying customers happy.



I told Dmitry Mendelev that his idea of Customer service sucks. If they keep it up they'll lose my $100 bucks a month.

Just had this problem come up using paypal, purchased the T14 package, not a problem if anything it was quicker than ussual, once done tryed to buy 6,500 gold and nothing, checked paypal money was returned as the seller cancled the transaction, try again same thing, all this just after i read the news that the paypal issue was sorted? is it back?

Never had an issue before getting gold through Pay Pal / Play Span, that is until i tried to get some gold on the 28th of January 2013, Payment has been Pending since then ( almost 7 days) Money is in my account and it's instant bank-transfer, havent tried to get more gold this way, and didn't want to get hit twice when they do finally get this lame excuse for a business to sort things out, Guess they don't need my money :Smile-angry:

Same thing here, seems thier (UltimatePay) computers won't allow more than x amount of purchases or transactions from a card that is new to thier system.  Like someone said, they have it set to 11.
