Stay on Wargaming and do not stop herassing them

I have problems buying gold too since month and playspan is absolutely useless
Wargaming uses playspan so wargaming is responsible for it to work unless they do not care to loose money since this issue seems to get worse and worse

Wargaming get of your ass and fix your stuff

Hi people, well well well, just thought id try for the 6.95 job, and well well well it worked, even when i have a 29.95 payment pending? so i tried a 29.95 again...cancelled....another 29.95...cancelleed...a 14.95...cancelled...and then another 6.95..cancelled..WTF....

Wargamming you have a serious problem with Playspan. not only are they making it difficult for YOUR customers to give you money but their own site is a mess. They have adverts to buy in game items that lead to a blank web page. You have so far missed out on about $90 from me because for the last 3 weeks I have failed to be able to purchase any in game gold. I enjoy this game a lot but the poor experience with your payments administrator (Playspan) means I will probably leave and go play some other Micropayment game. Please please make some announcement as to your actions with Playspan. I do understand that their is an element of supplier confidentiality to consider but your customers deserve  to be kept in the loop. Otherwise like me they will probably leave and spend their money elsewhere.

Yep, same here.  Wargaming has a major issue with UltimatePay right now...it's declining all transactions, regardless of whether it's through a Paypal or credit card.  Calling support says that they're closed for the time being.  For a team that makes a pretty darn good game, you'd think they would use a credible payment gateway than this PlaySpan POS.  I imagine many $$ are being lost here...

Still not working...I can't believe it.  Those responsible for sacking those who are responsible, should be sacked.  I guess they're all busy beta testing World of Warplanes to bother resolving any trivial issues with their payment gateway, such as FAILURE TO PROCESS PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS, for at least the last 7 hours!!!

Same issue - Mastercard delinced and now of all things a new Ultimate Game Card is being declined.

Sometimes it can take an hour or two to go through. If it doesn't go through in 24 hours, contact support. Sometimes it isn't on Wargaming's end and you may have to contact UltimatePay. I can tell you from my own experience they are usually quick to help where they can.

Yep, haven't been able to process anything since the 5th.  WoT bumped me to Playspan and they are silent.

yeah same bull crap here , they took my money off my debit card and it's been 3 days with some lame ass excuse about how we are working on the issue.

give me money back or my gold, someone needs to get their head out of their behinds.

I bought 3k of gold with payPal around 2 hours ago with no problems so I fail to understand why so many of you have issues.

Never have I had a single problem getting gold and I've spent over £1000 or $1500  :Smile_amazed:

you know it would not be so bad but it's the fact they removed the money 2 and a half days ago and i have yet to see anything.. guess i just got robbed of my 50 bucks..

Well, lets only hope they have fixed this problem with gold purchases, with the maintenace in the gift shop, maybe that was the problem after all and not ultimate/pay, Only Time Will Tell !!! (Not Holding My Breath But !!!)

Ran into an issue the first time yesterday.  No problems prior.  The one differenace was i did purchase from another computer.  I wouldn't think that would matter because you have to log in to purchase, but we shall see.

well thank you for nothing wargaming, and thank you for wasting my time, going to go uninstall now and i hope others follow suit.
