Loss of Permanent Camo on 3 tanks.

Since update 8.2 lost permanent Camo on exterior of vehicles. Would like to request Camo on exterior be restored to tanks affected. M4A3E2, M6 and MarkIII Cruiser were the tanks affected. I should not have to repurchace Camo simply because of an update. Love the game and would like to thank you for taking the time to research the matter. Look forward to a reply. Thanks Again.

1: did you purchase a camo scheme for all three settings? The schemes change in the garage and may simply be attempting to show one that you didn't purchase
2: you definitely payed in gold?

Loose the large letters, it would help people take you seriously.
If you paid gold for the cammo, put in a ticket as its obviously a bug. If you paid silver then the time probably expired.

what kind of camo did u purchase?
it changes depending on the map climate so you don't end up with forest camo in the desert. if you haven't played that tank in a a while the camo defaults to winter as that is the first choice available in the list.
if you payed credits the camo is not permanent but temporary. gold buys forever camo
check the exterior settings of your tanks and double check if they are there. if not all that can be done is to send in a ticket.

my question about Exterior Camouflage.
I want to sell a couple of tanks to free up space. I have purchased Exterior Camo Paint on The tanks that I want to sell.
Im pretty sure If I do sell these tanks that I will loose the added camo.
My question is when I repurchase these tanks (which I will because I really like them) will they come with the camo that I had on them prior to selling them? Or will I have to repurchase the "Exterior Camo"?
