Kinda clueless at this point...  could use some help..   This is my German Heavy/Lowe Crew...

Commander     BIA,    Sixthsense,    Recon,   (mentor, eagle eye, or Jack of all trades..)
Gunner    BIA,    Deadeye,    Snapshot,   (designated target, or damaged gun skill)
Driver BIA,    Clutchbrake, Smoothride,   (Preventive Maint, Off Road King or Raming Skill)
Radioman    BIA Situal Aware,  Extend radio,   ( Enhance Radio net, and Call for Vengence)
Loader    BIA Safe stow,   Adreneline,    ( Intuition)

Only thing i think i need to change is the Driver, and give him either Off road king or preventive maint  instead of "smoothride"    Fires dont bother me that much, and im very
quick with my fire extinquisher. That was more for when my Lowe was firing on the move.. which on hindsight.. i rarely do.  I think Off road king would have been the better fit.

Any advice would be helpful

i'm almost on my 4th skill too, on my russian and american crew

you should have off road driving and then do smooth ride (more accurate to stop than to fire on the move) and also it helps performance/acceleration better.

Don't take anything that requires 100% to be active. Take repairs instead.

I suggest repair, it might just save your life one day.

I don't use repair if I only have 2 other equipment on the tank. I use a toolbox... That is until I find a replacement

Camo fo sho @above with or without a toolbox repair is still needed, especially for heavier tanks that can take more crits before death. Not getting repair is for smaller tanks like a StuG III where a repair kit will cover the first shot and if you get hit again you're dead anyways if the first didn't get you.

  • Commander - I've found Jack of all trades to be quite useful. It's like having an additional first aid kit. I can have one of my crew getting killed but it wouldn't hurt that position all that much.
  • Gunner - Doesn't matter. Both perks will not really make any significant change in my mind. If I had to choose I would go with designated target.
  • Driver - Off road, no doubt.
  • Radioman - By "enhance Radio net" you mean signal boosting, situational awareness or relaying? Cause if you do, that's a no brainer.
  • Loader - I would go with repair, camouflage or firefighting. Intuition is useless in my mind.
As a side note I don't see any of your crew trained in repair or firefighting. Why is that? In my mind that's what you should go for next. Unlike many of the above perks, firefighting or repair can come in handy in almost every match and WILL save your life more times than intuition, jack of all trades, designated target or any of the other perks you mentioned. Guaranteed.

My 2 cents.

Intuition is great on e100 cos i frequently change from Premium to HE to AP

Im always thankful for it but only on that tank with 2 loaders

going for the fouth skill and still no repair? how can you play in world of destracked each time someone looks in your direction  :Smile_veryhappy:

i would suggest you to drop some skills for something else

comander: unless you get your viewport damaged often recon is quite a bad skill since it only gives 2% view range, replace it with repair and then get jack of all trades. mentor could have been a good choice but that skill needs to be skilled first, getting it so late is sort of a waste.

gunner:  deadeye is good on fast shooting guns lowe is not the case,  drop it for repair and then get armorer

driver: i would have swap clutch braking for off road driving and then get repair as the fourth

radio men: extend radio? what for? lowe radio can already see pretty much the whole map, get repair then firefighting as fourth

loader:  does the lowe get ammo racked that often to make safe stowage worth keeping?, before intuition get repair and firefighting, intuition chance to proc is way to low to be a good pick you will end with a full reload more often than not.
