How does someone go 100+ battles in a tank and not have at least a 3rd class mastery badge?

How does said person get all indignant in chat?

Had a dude in an M3 Lee the other night call me out for sniping in my Hetzer with the 75 when he cut my shot and got tracked while making a headlong charge into the gun of the enemy Hetzer I was hitting, then taunt me about "hiding" when everyone else on the flank marched obligingly into the meat grinder and I thought it best NOT to give up my camo so at least I could slow the enemy flank a couple minutes more.

But, seriously, how do you go 100+ matches without at least a 3RD CLASS mastery badge?  Yes, I repeated myself, I'm just that mystified!  I get peeved at myself if I can't get that within a few matches STOCK.  I mean, I can see a Ace Tanker, sometimes the game you earn that on is one that just all falls together beautifully!  But 3RD CLASS?

it took me over 300 battles to master the T34 and T95...

It's an enigma, a mystery rapped in a riddle...or they just plain suck...but in their defense...they are really good at it.

Took me 135 battles, 5 kills and a steel wall to get Ace Tanker on my Panther and lucky for me it was a 5x ;D

well it took me 130 battles to get my 3rd class on my M18, then the next day i got into a battle and earned Ace Tanker. And to be honest i don't care about these classes as all it tells me is you had one great game

I just laugh at them when people like that feel like they know better than me when they have only played like 500 battles.

By playing them before mastery badges were implimented.

Kill some tanks that are higher tiered than you. I killed a T34, a Lowe, a T28, and a VK4502A, and severely wounded a Type 59 in my Tiger I. I got 1600 exp along with that big golden "M" badge.

They could have played it pre-7.2, which means mastery badges didn't exist.

It took me 8 games to get Ace on my most recent tank destroyer

Does it really mean anything?
