Given that any such previously made mods are no longer available, I have decided to make a colorblind map boundary mod. Those who are not colorblind will notice that the original red color lines still show up (to greater or lesser degrees). This mod "paints" over them; it was not wise to erase the red lines.

Here are screenshots:
Spoiler

For this mod to be complete, you must download both parts, due to size. Just combine the two extracted folders, and place in res_mods. Please post if you find any problems.

i would like to see something like this, so many maps playing on low settings have no visible border in sections

Honestly I'd love to have a mod that would allow all map boundry colors to be changed to whatever a person prefers.... some map (e.g., Siegfried) the colors are pretty light for even normal vision.

My pleasure. I prefer this mod over the original WoT colored lines.

So after download I can just extract both files directly to res mods 8.2? Or do I have to extract and combine them, then place into res mods?
Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks.

Here's (230MB) another version done with white lines, Arctic Region lines are black. Figured I'd link it here rather than make a new thread. NP, if you want to link it in the OP that would be cool.

Edit: Fixed a bunch of maps, went through each one to make sure they were correct, should be good now.
