Really i don't understand the purpose of needing to play battles on the serve to allow somebody to reply to a topic or to create a topic !

We don't have that on the EU server and we don't see any gold spammers or whatever else the ye american's are afraid of !

Is there any method of me getting this block lifted with out having to download the entire US client and play a few games with 300 + ping ?

A support staff that don't have to translate everything into 14 languages are generally more efficient , and because 99 % of the topics on the forum will be in English
And the same reason why there is dozens of US and RU players on the EU forums , variety

And to answer your question, it is so we don't get spambots, etc. Whether or not you get them on EU is irrelevant, we get them here, and so WGA took measures to stop it. This was the measure.

But that is the basis of this forum. Full of spam, non-constructive and flaming posts. It is very hard to start a basic thread without one of the 3 included.
You could start a dead serious thread & still get trolled, spammed etc.
The children here cannot help themselves.

You must be new here. There used to be neg rep, but spammers/trolls misused em.

I believe it is to stop multiple accounts for forum trolling, and the gold spammers that used to be prevalent.
