Registration

• Registration begins: January 2, 2013
  
• Registration ends: January 4, 2013 at 9:00AM PDT (12:00PM EDT)

Victory Conditions

• The winner of each round will be determined as the first to 3 victories on a given map.
  
• Each battle will last 10 minutes.
  
• The Standard battle mode will be used for this tournament.

Tier & Point Limits
With a maximum of 10 players per battle, a team (maximum 15 players per team) must field a selection of tanks based on the below tier limits.

• Heavy: (see below)
  
• Medium: 3
  
• Light: 3
  
• TD: 3
  
• SPG: 2
  
• One tier 4 heavy or one tier 4 light allowed per team

Schedule
Rounds will begin at 7:30PM PDT (10:30PM EST, 02:30 UTC) each scheduled day. Curious what time this is in your region? Use this handy Time Zone Converter to help you out!

• Round 1: January 7th
  
• Round 2: January 8th
  
• Round 3: January 9th
  
• Round 4: January 10th
  
• Round 5: January 11th
  
• Round 6: January 12th

There will be a 2 minute break in between rounds.

Prizes
The following prizes will be provided to each member of the respective team, including reserves.

• First place: 5,000
  
• Second place: 2,000
  
• Third place: 1,000
  
• Fourth place: 1,000

Maps
There will only be one map used during Skirmish 2. The map played on will be Airfield.

The T-28 is a medium not a light. I'm guessing you did indeed mean only 1 tier four heavy or light and tier 4 mediums are not allowed.

Then again, it will give the poor ducks a game they can influence for once.

I can see full teams of T82s, T57s, and a t-50 light tank being top dogs in this one.

also:
"This sample roster meets the eligible criteria according to our Team & Tier Limit Rules (see above). All SPGs are tier II or below. All medium tanks, tank destroyers, and light tanks are tier IV or below, and the team consists of only 10 players."

should be "...all meds, TDs, and lights are Tier III or below..."

Out of interest is there a team combined max tier limit in this skirmish as there was one last time, just want to make sure.

I think this might be an oddly French-centric Skirmish for being something set in the desert. The rules mean the Char B1 is the only Heavy Tank eligable, and the AMX-40 is a Heavy that swears it's a light, and with no M3 Lees, T40s, Hetzers, or otherwise to stand against it...
