just to double check:
We need to own a Tier 10...
and then play 5 games in ANY tank?
Nothing else?

Darn, I'm just at the edge of getting a tier 9. Unfortunately they won't cut a t-shirt in half and give each half to 2 different tier 9 owners ):

Decided to buy my batchat because of this. Is the shirt free or is there just a code to get access to the purchase?

So tell me if i am right here or not.
I had a tier 10 E-100 and sold it, i could not aford to keep playing the thing so i sold it, besides, tier 10 is really no fun to me.
Now because i had this tank and sold it i do not earn the right to a t-shirt?

Yes, for this particular promotion you must have a tier 10 in your garage.

Q: Am I eligible as a North American cluster player, even if I live outside of North America?
A: Absolutely. We will honor shipments to most countries around the world. If you have unlocked a tier 10 vehicle and want to redeem your t-shirt, we will honor your achievement regardless of the location you call home.
