buy gold that never charge in my  account.
I sent messages to the support never responded

Check the account you used to see if there was a withdrawal - you may not have confirmed the transaction.  I only use paypal and it has never failed and has a good paperwork trail.

did you get an email from paypal telling you the transaction was authorized?  If so, include that information in the ticket - you are just not giving us enough information.
