slid off a slope and drown my tank, no damage, yet i still had to repair my tank, why, nothing was damaged? must be a bug, if i had to replace my dead crew, then why do they all have the same names and skills?

this was implemented in the last update to stop players from suiciding to save repair costs.  if your tank slid down a slope and was drowned then you should be charged for repairs,  it was under water after all.  i have fallen prey to this mistake myself,  backing up while in sniper mode and sliding off the bank into the water.

lol.

Out of sheer habit I arty'ed a 155 51 when he drove into the river in Erlenburg yesterday. The smart thing to do would have been to save my shot for somebody with dry feet though.

correct this was to offset people who when it was clear their team was losing self killed themselves by drowning to save on repair costs. Usually arty but have seen heavies and meds do this as well.
