can't seem to file complaints, greyed out

Yes, yes, no one likes to be a tattletale, but some players are just asking for it.
There was one incident today where one tank scraped some paint off another, then they started killing each other, and it escalated--in the end we had 3 TKs in the first 30 seconds(facepalm
So... I tried to file a complaint, but I was not able to... the complaint option was greyed out. I have not used my 5 complaints (how can I if the option is disabled)

Have you sent complaints before? They could have kicked you out of the system for too many false complaints.

You can only send 5 (or 6) complaints per day. Try again tomorrow, but don't give up on reporting the idiots that deserve it.

You can't complain after a battle has finished anymore. It has to be during the battle.

Oh, another important thing: platoon players are not greyed out!
I can actually file complaint on those good folks, just not the others

to the op, no complaints on people after the match..must be during...not sure when they changed but i have just recently noticed this myself

If you want to complain after a match, put in a ticket to support with the replay of the battle attached so they know what you are talking about.
In game reporting is a waste of time. It relies on numbers of complaints lodged before anything is done.

Forgive me, I was so eager to encourage a player who seemed to want to use the in-battle reporting system that I jumped straight to replying as soon as I had framed a positive response in my mind, which happened before I finished reading the original post.
