UPDATE: Originally when this article was written, we had posted an end time of 03:00 PST on January 14, 2013. Unfortunately, that time and date were incorrect when we put together the story and we didn't notice the error until the contest had ended on 03:00 PST on January 13, 2013, a whole day earlier than we had originally planned.

It was honest mistake, plain and simple, and we're trying to come up with ways in order to make it up to you, our loyal World of Tanks community. In fact, Major_Rampage has already started to organize a new event that will take place during Super Bowl weekend (you can read about it here).

Again, we're really sorry this happened and we've taken steps to make sure an incident like this never happens again.


Howdy tankers, it's nearly Friday (woohoo!) and that means it's time for another round of discounts and bonuses!  One tank from each nation is up for a discount and a credit boost, and we've got a crew xp bonus for everyone else to enjoy.

Heavy tanks, at first I scorned them, and I guffawed at their inability to keep pace with my mediums, then I thought they were nifty...sometimes...sorta.  Now?  They rock. Plenty of heavy players out there, but not nearly enough good ones.

*Update* There was a correction made to the list of tanks on sale and receiving a credit boost.  The Tiger (P) was replaced with the PzKpfw VI Tiger.

Good news though:

The Tech Tree Focus bonus goes to Germany on the 14th. Included in that special is a 50% sale of the Tiger (P), huzzah!

Sweet, I can make some good money this weekend with my my t-29, Kv3 and Tiger P. Hope they didnt rust, haven't used them in like 2-3 months

Nope, not skills or perks.  Just the vehicle training and retraining.
