its 6 dollars and not 8 its the same as buying 6 dollars of gold and just converting it to credits.

gift sets are not cheaper nor more expensive than just buying the items individually. The gift shop bundles are meant as a bundle for one to gift to friends/family and to also save time than buying the items individuality.

TOG 3500 gld
garage 300 gld
4x repair 200 gld
7 days prem 1250
5250 gld if all purchased IN game. This breaks down to 223.4 gold per dollar at the gift pack price of $23.55

6500 gold = 216.6 per dollar.

I will NEVER buy one of the gift packages.
