So normally I run about 60 FPS and 30 Ping when I play WoT. However, since downloading 8.3 my ping has skyrocketed to 200 on average, making the game hard to play at times. Has anyone else had issues with ping/lang since the update?

I actually have the exact opposite happening. Seem to have lower ping and about 10 more FPS. Sorry man couldn't help

I had the same issue when 8.2 came out.

Make absolutely sure you have the latest video drivers on your computer.   I thought I did, but after submitting a ticket to support, they responded and helped me get the most current drivers installed, they were a tremendous help.   That solved the problem for me.  Give it a shot.

My ping is around 280ms and having a lot of lag spikes.

sigh never ceases to amaze me when people complain that this game is unplayable with a 200 ping .. best I have *ever* got is 260, most of the time my ping is 280-290  and average 27 fps, and for some reason only 5-8 fps on Dragons Ridge

This happens every patch. They keep trying to use DNS routing to make their bandwidth cost lower, but somebody always gets screwed.

Yeah i cant play cause my ping is through the roof (999) and gaah makes me mad. I havent updated my drivers recently does anyone know of a good site/easy way to do it?

By the time probably the ping issue will leave so will the time come for 8.3 to leave..

I had 888 ping today.. :(

patch 8.2 was a nightmare for me ping hitting 999 disconnects game freezing keyboard control
would even stop in the middle of game play. I had never seen so many problems and or bugs
in any patch before that one hope 8.3 is A LOT BETTER.

If you selected the right stuff, then do onethng : initiate a clean/complete/full install...also make sure where you live, geographical locations soemtimes matter.. The one i provided you was North America..See if it helps..or i am send my email in a message..tell me your problems there..
