Ok, so like many people i have recently downloaded the patch and installed/ updated fine.
However i run a lot of mods with the game, most if not close to all mods are "Working As Intended", but in LC_Messages in my text fine in my 8.3 (which i moved from 8.2) it has a 4kb file for Chinese vehicles. This i believe is the problem, it also has a French vehicles file that is 32kb, So when i load into a game all the new Chinese tanks look like this under my XVM and my in-game.

Your Mod isn't Up to date, and it messed with the Listings?

That was my guess may i ask if some kind person could do to there LC_messages and give me there's?
or would this not work?

lol, just did this, fell on your thread because i've got a few problems with LC_Messages :)
