I found the tanks unimpressive in use, seems like more lower tier fodder. But I see some people using them....

Sigh... I would rather READ the information than have to watch a video.  Please remember that there are a lot of non-mouth breathers still out here that enjoy reading and playing video games.

So basically the whole video was about how the Chinese light tanks suck and that you easily get one shot buy Tier 10 Td's in a Wz-132...since 80%+ battles will be vs tier 10's.  You drive these 2 tanks...zoom in to take a shot on a guys rear and get popped by a TD hiding in a bush.

Or you zoom in for 1 shot and get tracked by an E5...then hit repair real quick but get hammered by an IS7 and then die 1 shot later and you are lucky to get three rounds off in that game.

Or you Passively scout and meet an AMX 13 90 and get worked hard by a tank that unloads 6 90mm shells into your NO ARMOR having tank...then back to the garage...like the guy says.

Or you try to SNIPE in the Wz-132 using the Type 59's gun and you miss about 50% of your shots (like he suggests) and BOUNCE another 20%...so roughly out of 20 shots you pen and do damage with about 6 rounds while your team gets worked because you lend 0 support to help the team out.

Tanks are junk...Save your free research EXP and wait for something else to come along!!!  Basically you end up being Skeet for tier 10's...

What're you talking about? Unless you're using gold rounds, you don't get any higher than 181 pen from the WZ-131's most high-pen gun.

Personally, when they say that you'll struggle with these tanks if you don't have good light tank skills, I don't believe that for a second. They're basically describing light tanks that act like and play like mediums and with a couple exceptions, all mediums can get thrashed pretty good by the massive guns running around on a tier 6 battlefield on up; anyone who's gotten most of their health nuked by a KV1S and its 122mm knows exactly what I'm talking about. So really, if you play the most advanced Chinese light tanks like fast medium tanks (i.e. M7, Pz 3/4, VK3001(H)), you're probably going to be pretty successful. Light tank skills not required.

yeah the line "Wz131 is rarely distrubted to tier 10 battles"  is a  flat out  lie in facts it's more like 4 in 5 battles are tier 10
