WoT wiki states " Awarded for achieving the Battle Hero status" for the Douglas Kay award.

What is exactly does that mean? I got it recently but have no idea what I did in battle to help achieve it.

you get x ammount of mvp type awards, defender, top gun, orlik's. stuff like that.
if you got the t4 medal then you got 10 of some combonation of those.

Kay's Medal - Awarded for achieving the Battle Hero status in four classes:Class IV - 1 time Class III - 10 times Class II - 100 times Class I - 1,000 times
Douglas Kay, a British Army sergeant, and gunner on a Sherman Firefly, participated in the Allied landing in Normandy and was famous for the popularization of the history of tank warfare.

Yes, precisely. I'm quite knowledgeable of the wiki contents, but the description of this award was somewhat vague. In fact I stated that it was a quote from wiki.
