ok, so i go on to my WOT launcher shortcut, it says " game client check, receiving updates." then, after that, it says "game client check, analyzing game data integrity" then, it says"downloading updates"
about halfway through, my whole fucking computer crashes and i get a blue screen. I keep on trying the same thing with no success, i go to support on world of tanks main page, still, same thing happens, wtf, can somebody please help.

I run on windows 7 if that helps any bit.

You should post your computer specifications.

Uh, I'm a noob with computers   , where do i find the specs on my computer?

No... , my parents got the computer for me. Is there any other way for me to reconfigure the WOT launcher or to get my computer to accept the update it needs to install?

look in the lower left corner of your computer screen and click on the windows icon
1. click on "control panel"
2. click on :system and security"
3. click on "system"

should see all your computers specs.

may be a firewall problem but not sure and wouldnt know how to fix it.  good luck

Uninstall WOT.
Delete C:\games\world of tanks
Re-install the game, but make sure to un-check the 'use torrent' option in settings

Update your video drivers.
