I'm leaning toward the E3 because it'll be easier to get after I get the E5.  Plus, the turret traverse speed on the E4 does not seem very impressive.  I'll probably keep the T95 as well.

I voted for E4 just because it's a touch more agile I think.

Though I did find that the E3 is pretty darn good at getting hull down if it can. Hulldown on a TD? WAT? Strange I know right but I did it in a few places. North spawn ice road mountain pass for instance. I was able to effectively hide my weak lower glacis and bounce a lot of shells when I ran it on the test server.

E4 has 6 and E3 has 8 for depression comparison.

The E3 is exceptional at zoning and the E4 is very good at ambushing since it can aim around corners without having to fully extend. One is not better than the other and they are both excellent. They just serve different purposes.

E3 Better gun harder to hurt. For classic TD play it is a monster.

E4 flexible because of the turret but rate of fire not good enough to exploit the turret. You basicaly get into heavy tank situations because you think you can and then you get killed.

E3 seems to have the easier grind to not having to go through the T25/2..

I have the E4 myself, but from the test server I prefer teh toughness of the E3 more...

T30 is the tough one on the E3 grind, i've been putting it off for a while now.

Don't you mean the E4 grind?????The T30 leads to the E4...The T95 lead to the E3..

The T30 is on the E4 grind and i enjoy it much more than the T28 Proto.

I found the T28 Proto a lot more fun then the T30. The proto could bounce some shots where the T30 got damaged by teir 2 tanks (unless hull down)

The E4. I like being able to sit in cover and swivel my half turret to track targets without moving my hull and giving away my position. Also, it mid-late game pushes (even after the nerf) you can still play like a heavy and help mop up in the fields or in the towns.
I have the E3 and it's got better armor, better reload, and other soft stats but personally I enjoy the E4's playstyle. It's softer than the E3 & T95 but coming up from the T30 it feels like a damn battleship!

I loved the T95 (I kept it). It's a tough customer at mid range when you can't easily hit the hatches or lower plate. The only problem is you are so slow that once you pick a course you're stuck. The T30 can relocate to help the team in a weaker area... the T95 is a bunker.

Pre nerf I would have said the E4. It was very flexible and could adopt many roles. But with the aim time, reload, speed and armor nerf (yes -WG was not kind to the E4) the E3 is the way to go.

I love my T30. I think turreted TDs realy give america a edge.

But, I gotta give props to the T110E3. I much rather have a E3 in a tier 10 fight than a E4. E4 is nice and mobile due to its turret, but E3 has more frontal armor, reloads and aims a bit faster, and just has a better profile overall.

I said to myself I'd stop at the T30 because I'm jsut disappointed in the T110s. T30 is a beast, and imo, better than the E4 any day. but, since people will argue against me, I'm gonna leave that at my opinion.

T95 is an absolute tier 9 beast.  I've always thought of it as a "keeper".  Most of the ones I see get at least two kills in pub matches.  Why don't you like it?

I think they are both good in their own right.  On one hand you have the only turreted tier X TD, the other a more armored fairly manueverable TD.  I had the T30 at the time of the tech tree split, so it wasn't hard getting the T110E4, now I am on the T95 with less than 20k XP to go.  The T95 is a beast, it is not a bad grind at all, IMO.  My winrate was higher, but atm it is 61.24%, not bad for solo pubbing.  It is slow, but still very playable and capable of delivering some hurt.

Either way you go will be fine, you have to decide turret vs. armor.
