I also had an issue where I entered the info last night and it gave a connection error. I tried again this morning and it stated the code was already used. I hoping that the entry went through, but I'm not sure that is the case.

ANSWER - Cut and paste just the code - NOT the empty space at the beginning of the code. If you drag the line you get an extra character, start at the first letter and go to the end - STOPPING at it. They inserted a single space character at the front - easy to miss.

I also tried to redeem my code. I tried cut and paste, drag and drop and manually typing it in still to no avail.
For some reason it won't let me submit the code. I got The redemption code you provided is invalid. Please double-check your code and try again.
WTH?! Hope something changes, besides loosing out.
