There was a Medium III tank, we shot it several times, no one could do damage to him, our BDR died when he tried to ram him. Can't upload replay.

Don't see a replay, his crew was probably all dead and therefore he was out of the match already and considered "defeated" even though his tank was still present.

All shots boounced, but there was no indication that was unable to fight.

Its crew died. Trust me. Its a known bug from ages ago.
Happened to me in my T2 LT as well. My crew died and 6 enemy tanks just kept shooting at me, calling me a hacker. LOL.

Ok. But I see that this forum has another problem: I can't upload several files. They are all too big. How to post a replay?! I could only post one screenshot, not even 2 -.-

You can tell his crew is dead because the player is marked as "dead" on the right side of the screen shot.
I've wasted shots on tanks like that before too, it's easy to mistake it without looking at the right side of the screen to see if he's still alive

I usually upload my pix to photobucket, and just insert the IMG link here.

Usually when the whole crew of a tank is dead, you can still damage it. So this ancient bug is tank invulnerability simply because the crew died? I'm guessing it doesn't happen every time then.
