Is there a mod or program that tracks or graphs stats over time, by tier played, type of tank, things like that? I'd like to know if I'm improving over time and what type of tank I do best in. Stuff like that.

There's a standalone program, the WoT Dossier, that may provide something like you're looking for.  Noobmeter.com might also give you some of what you're looking for.

The first time you hit the site it'll pull your stats, after that it'll track them over time and start to provide graphs and whatnot.
