I was thinking about having a new gameplay mode something outrageous.  This is what I had in mind. Geared towards teir 10.

100 vs 100, map size would be 10,000 meters square, 3 different cap zones, 3 different bases to defend.

Time limit is 1 hour long or until all three zones are capped or all enemies destroyed.  After the time limit is up it ends in a draw.

Tanks matched by types NO MIXING TIERS a certain amount of heavies and mediums and td's 25 each side.  Also  20 arty for each side and 5 scout type tanks (the scouts will have to make an acceptions for lower teir level.)

Bases- Your bases are of utmost importance do not let them get destroyed.  Your bases are like depo's they can repair and resupply and heal crew memebers.  If your tank gets destroyed your out of the battle. But if your beat up and can make it back to a base you can wait your 5 minutes and get back into the battle.  Of course you will have to pay to get repaired like any other time you need to repair.

To me something of this size would be awsome to play in.

Love the concept, but good luck getting the numbers to make it work.

I don't think the current game servers would be able to handle it; too many issues with # math calc's (physics of shots/dmg/collision detection/etc.), ping times with 200 players, tank communications, etc..    I'd say there would be a significant lag issue to say the least.

I would say that if players are willing to pay a pretty fair premium (that would pay for such a system to handle that load) could get this with a dedicated server.

I am sure War Gaming has plenty of money to make it happen.  We just gotta get the support behind the new Ideas! :)

If you thought the bots and AFK'ers were bad in 15v15 battles, how do you think it would be in this?

Easy way to rid that problem 5 minutes of no movement you get DC'd
